Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Timeframe

Full Refund Eligibility: You may cancel your workshop enrollment and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 7 days before the first workshop session begins.

Cancellation Method: To cancel, send an email to hello@bigtimelearning.com with your name, registration details, and cancellation request.

No Refund Conditions

After Session Attendance: No refunds will be provided once you have attended any session of the workshop series, even if you do not complete the entire program.

Late Cancellation: Cancellation requests made less than 7 days before the workshop start date are not eligible for refunds.

Withdrawal Due to Personal Circumstances

If you need to withdraw from the workshop due to:

• Medical emergency or serious illness
• Family emergency
• Unexpected work commitments that prevent attendance

You may be eligible for a refund or credit toward a future workshop, subject to review and verification of circumstances.

Unable to Attend Sessions

If you are unable to attend workshop sessions due to:

• Technical issues on our end that prevent session delivery
• Facilitator unavailability or emergency
• Changes to workshop schedule with insufficient notice (less than 48 hours)

You will be offered a full refund or the option to attend the next available workshop session at no additional cost.

Workshop Cancellation by Bigtime Learning

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the workshop due to:

• Insufficient enrollment
• Facilitator emergency or illness
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

All participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available workshop at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.

Transaction Fees: Any transaction or processing fees charged by payment processors may be deducted from the refund amount.

Transfer to Future Workshops

If a full refund is not available, you may be offered the option to transfer your enrollment to a future workshop session. Transfer requests are subject to:

• Availability in future workshop dates
• Price adjustments if future workshops have different pricing
• One-time transfer limit per participant

Partial Services

This workshop is offered as a complete three-session series. No partial refunds are available for individual sessions missed or not attended by choice.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a review by contacting us directly. All refund disputes will be handled fairly and in accordance with consumer protection laws applicable in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
